(Mexico City, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Following his participation in GAT Expo CDMX 2025, Iraid Rosales, Country Manager of Amusnet Mexico, shares his vision on the growth of the iGaming market in the country, the importance of the convergence between land-based and online gaming, and Amusnet's strategic role in the region.

Iraid Rosales explains why "Amusnet is already a recognized brand in Mexico and Latin America"

The most recent edition of GAT Expo CDMX 2025 brought together the main leaders and companies in the Latin American gaming sector, and Amusnet was one of the key figures. We spoke with Iraid Rosales, Country Manager of Amusnet Mexico  who reviewed the company's presence at the event, the opportunities and challenges currently being seen in the Mexican market, and the brand's expansion plans.

How do you rate your experience at this edition of GAT Mexico?

It has been very positive. The academic agenda was particularly valuable, as it addressed topics relevant to the Mexican and Latin American markets. The high attendance and level of participation reflect the industry's interest in generating constructive dialogue.

It was an honor for Amusnet to contribute two presentations: one focused on the challenges and prospects related to imports, and another on the importance of implementing the OKR methodology to achieve strategic objectives. These types of opportunities allow us to share our vision and, at the same time, directly listen to the needs and expectations of the sector.

How would you describe your company's participation in the fair?

Amusnet's participation in GAT Mexico was strategic and aligned with our vision of adding value to the market. Beyond our institutional presence, we seek to generate content and spark relevant conversations for the industry.

Our active involvement in the academic program allowed us to demonstrate the seriousness with which we approach the challenges of the sector and to share management tools that can contribute to its professionalization. Furthermore, the fair gave us the opportunity to strengthen our relationship with our current partners, present our solutions to new operators, and reaffirm our commitment to long-term growth in Mexico and the region.

From your perspective, what opportunities and challenges do you currently see in the Mexican gaming and betting market?

The Mexican market offers very attractive opportunities. It has a broad and diverse player base, which is increasingly seeking more innovative and differentiated experiences. Furthermore, we see a growing trend toward convergence between land-based and online gaming, which opens the door to omnichannel models that provide great value to both players and operators. There is also a growing interest in professionalizing the industry by adopting more structured management methodologies and tools, which creates a favorable environment for innovation. We prefer to focus on how, through innovation, closeness with our partners, and investment in the market, these specificities can be transformed into growth opportunities.

What is your company's position and reach in Mexico and Latin America, and how are you looking to consolidate your presence?

Amusnet is already a recognized brand in Mexico and Latin America thanks to our robust online offering. We work closely with operators to adapt our solutions to the specific needs of each market.

We're looking to position our Landbase solutions while expanding our online presence, with the goal of offering an integrated, omnichannel gaming experience. We want players to enjoy consistent, high-quality experiences, regardless of whether they interact with our products in person or digitally. This strategy allows us to further strengthen our presence in Mexico and the region and continue to grow in a sustained and strategic manner.

Finally, what objectives did you achieve at this edition of the event, and what are your short- and medium-term goals for the local and regional markets?

At this edition of GAT Mexico, one of our main objectives was to strengthen our relationship with our current partners and open new conversations with potential operators. We also managed to convey a clear message about our strategy in the country: to consolidate our online offering and position our landbase offering to move toward omnichannel . "

In the short term, our focus is on continuing to expand our online portfolio and advancing the processes necessary to position our landbase solutions in the market. In the medium term, our goal is to offer players integrated experiences between the physical and digital worlds, strengthening Amusnet's presence and adding value to the entire industry in Mexico and the region.
